by The 100 Companies

Home sale prices are up more than 8% year-over-year in Leon County, according to Realtor.com, which says that the median home sales price in December 2023 – the most recent month for which data is available – was $290,000. That’s up $22,000, or 8.2%, from December 2022.

While there was an overall increase in median sales prices for residential properties, which includes condos and townhomes, there was a dip in single-family home prices. The median sales price fell from $325,000 to $315,000, a drop of slightly more than 3% year-over-year. Condos saw a meteoric 36% rise, going from $165,000 to $225,000 year-over-year.
