First Tee-Tallahassee (FTT) announced that its second annual fundraiser, The David Swafford Memorial Golf Tournament at Seminole Legacy Golf Club, will be held Wednesday, Nov. 13. FTT will host the event alongside PGA golfer Hudson Swafford’s family in memory of his father, who had a great impact on his career in golf.
Launched just over a year ago, FTT is a youth development organization empowering kids to build strength of character through golf. In its brief history, it has celebrated several milestones, including launching a golf summer camp on the FAMU campus and establishing a mentorship program at Sabal Palm Elementary.
