Trees are undoubtedly a defining feature of Tallahassee, and our greenways are some of the best places to admire them.

J.R. Alford Greenway on Pedrick Road covers more than 800 acres and includes 17 miles of tree-lined trails for hikers, cyclists and equestrians. As you make your way around the park, you’ll encounter Lake Lafayette, railroad tracks and even a book swap station.

The Miccosukee Greenway is just a short drive, with entrances on and around Miccosukee Road. The park has six miles of stunning canopy trails filled with towering pines and mossy oak trees. Learn more here.
