If the coronavirus quarantine blues have you feeling sad and pale, we have good news – Florida’s award-winning state parks are back open. Well, most of them are, at least.

After closing on March 23, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection announced that effective Monday, May 4, many of Florida’s 175 state parks, trails and historic sites would partially re-open to the public. The full list of limited park openings can be found here.

A day spent in the Florida sunshine is good for the body and mind. Just remember to stay 6 feet apart as you take in Florida’s natural treasures.
