Tallahassee’s Own MasterChef

by

Tallahassee-based political consultant and father of four, Josh Cooper, recently appeared on FOX’s “MasterChef.” The show features 40 home chefs from around the country selected to compete for the MasterChef title and $250,000 prize.

Cooper describes his cooking style as Southern barbecue and seafood jazzed up with some “pow pow.”

In his competition, Cooper and another Chef were tasked with preparing veal parmigiana in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, Cooper’s dish wasn’t selected, but he said this of his one-of-a-kind experience: “It was incredible — that timer is no joke…wishing my new Masterchef friends all the best!”
