Check out Proof Brewing Company’s new location

Proof Brewing Company opened its new location at 1320 South Monroe St. The new state-of-the-art facility is located nearby the revitalization of South Monroe. It is also within walking distance of lovely Cascades Park.

The new location includes expanded brewery production, quality control lab, tasting room, beer garden and private event space. The company also introduced a restaurant, Proper, which offers brewpub cuisine.

With new hours, they are open on Mondays and have expanded their Friday and Saturday hours from 11AM – 1AM. The new location opened on Feb. 8. Make sure to stop by for a drink.
