Downtown and need a jolt of java? A new Starbucks is open on the corner of Duval and Pensacola streets. Nestled in the TCC Center for Innovation on Kleman Plaza, this is no ordinary Starbucks. It’s also a classroom of sorts.
Tallahassee Community College entered into an agreement with the premium-coffee brand to establish the new location as a means to provide students with hands-on retail training and entrepreneurial experience. College officials also are hopeful it will drive more pedestrian traffic downtown.
Now you have another option for your daily dose of caffeine (or decaf if you prefer).
