Sugar Rush Bar has been serving up signature desserts in Tallahassee’s All Saints District since 2016. You may think about a small scoop of ice cream, but Sugar Rush has a signature dessert you have to see to believe: milkshakes. The Cookie Monster, the Cereal Killer, and the Cakeinator are truly original in design and taste. (Who doesn’t want a milkshake topped with a piece of cake?)
