Chop House on the Bricks in Thomasville, Georgia, is now open for lunch, which finally gave me an opportunity to try this farm-to-table restaurant.
Longtime Tallahassee residents and owners Matt and Kimberly Hagel have created a place where you can eat upscale in a more casual and welcoming atmosphere, featuring artwork by Tallahassee artist Michael Brennan.
A must-try is the Chop House steak sandwich where cane syrup mopped filet mignon is the star, accompanied by caramelized onions, cheddar cheese and truffle steak fries. Also, don’t miss out on the kimchi egg rolls and housemade steak sauce. Yum!
