Join neighbors and friends this Saturday, April 28, for the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra’s 2018 Pops in the Park to celebrate springtime with outdoor music overlooking Southwood Central Park Lake.
Gates will open at 5:30PM, and the concert starts at 7PM. Bring picnic baskets, blankets, chairs, food and drink or purchase a reserved table with a catering option for eight people.
Conductor Alexander Jiménez has studied with Phillip Spurgeon, Michael Haithcock and the late Anton Guadagno. As a former percussionist and timpanist, he studied with Gary Werdesheim, Larry Vanlandingham, Keiko Abe and Cloyd Duff. Hope to see you there.
