Enjoy a perfect fall day and delicious Gulf stone crab claws on October 28 in St. Marks. The outdoor festival, which first began in 1997, has grown throughout the years and has become a community-wide, family-friendly event featuring local musicians, artists and other vendors.
The main attraction, the stone crab claw, is a major harvest for the local fishing community and considered a seafood delicacy.
Fun fact: if done properly, after removing the stone crab’s claws and returning to the ocean, they can regrow their claws. Click here to learn more information about the 2017 Stone Crab Fest.
