The Apalachicola Tree City Celebration is a festival of art, music, poetry, science and storytelling to appreciate Apalachicola’s canopy of trees and to recognize its designation as a Tree City USA by The Arbor Day Foundation. The festival runs April 13-22. All events will be held at the Center for History, Culture and Art in downtown Apalachicola, unless otherwise noted.
The 10-day celebration is a community-wide effort bringing attention and recognition to the forest with art, education and storytelling and inspiring people to protect and care for Apalachicola’s natural gems.
