Throughout February, Florida State University and the University of Florida are competing in a RecycleMania challenge, educating students and faculty about ways to reduce their waste. Of course, no high-spirited competition is complete without a Twitter meme, so the two campuses took to 280-character rap battles to defend their sustainability bona fides.
FSU declared themselves “garnet, gold, and green,” while UF shot back, “Recycling is common sense in the Swamp; FSU is going down with a CHOMP!”
