Continue smart energy policy for the Sunshine State and our nation

FSHCC was represented at the federal Bureau of Ocean Energy Management’s open forum in Tallahassee this month to give public comment regarding offshore energy exploration. The forum allowed us to communicate opinions without political inflation.

Projected statistics show nearly 2 million job opportunities in the oil and natural gas industry by 2035. Nearly 40% of those positions will likely be filled by women and minorities offering salaries almost $50,000 above the national average.

The public should learn more about energy through the lens of experts who make our lives possible and make it their mission to provide it safely.
