If you’re a fan of “The Office,” you know National Pretzel Day (Monday, April 26) isn’t just another random holiday; it’s Stanley Hudson’s favorite day of the whole year, a day when the laughably unemotional paper salesman actually gets excited about something.
To be fair, Stanley’s excitement isn’t unwarranted. Pretzels have been around for hundreds of years — they were even at the Vatican in the 1500s — and there’s no wrong way to eat them. Coat them in cinnamon and sugar, dip them in an assortment of melted cheeses or try something really different. You won’t regret it.
Happy National Pretzel Day!
