The Long Wait for College Football Is Almost Over

College football in the South – it never gets here fast enough for fans in the Capital City.

The wait is almost over. FAMU is just days away from hosting the opening game against Texas Southern, and Rattler fans are ready.

Then, just a week later on Sept. 2 in Atlanta, we have what may be the most anticipated opening game ever. The Florida State Seminoles take on powerhouse Alabama in a matchup of two national title contenders. Many Nole fans will travel north for the showdown, hoping to bring a huge victory back to Tallahassee.
