It has been a year of change, and that change continues as we near the 2017 Legislative Session. Many new faces will be seated in both chambers, and new rules are on the way.
New House Speaker Richard Corcoran has unveiled a sweeping set of new rules that govern members of the Florida House. Adding to the change at the capitol will be more than 60 freshmen members who are now focused on quickly getting up to speed on how the process works.
All these changes set up a very intriguing session that is just around the corner. Stay tuned.
