Health is one of the greatest hedges against COVID-19. While social distancing, there are many exercises you can do at home. By using air squats, pushups, jumping jacks and situps, you can create workouts that are fun for everyone.
For example, use a deck of cards, assign a movement to each suit (hearts for squats, spades for situps), draw a card and then complete it. Six of spades, do six situps, or a jack of hearts, 11 squats.
Don’t feel limited to these movements. If you want to make it harder, add a multiplier – two times squats would make six worth 12.
