Breaking news: The average American worker is tired. Two-thirds of employees don’t believe they have proper work-life balance, while half of all full-time workers reported working over 40 hours per week.

A study found that employed people were most pleased with two and a half hours of free time a day. It also reported purchases that cut out chores – ordering takeout or employing a housekeeper – positively affect happiness. Turns out, yes, you can buy happiness.
