Being a dad is hard work, but somebody’s got to do it

Four years ago, I started the most challenging, most rewarding job I’ll ever have – being a dad. Some people think being a dad is a cushy gig with no rules or deliverables. Those people would be wrong.

Dadding is just like any job, you get out what you put in. I have two clients who demand my attention 24/7. My responsibilities are bedtime stories, tightening car seats, shoulder rides and cleaning up accidents. Did I mention the Cheerios? I constantly pick up Cheerios.

Being a dad is hard work, but let’s be honest, being a mom is way harder.
