FSU President Richard McCullough joined higher-ups from Tallahassee Community College, Chipola College, Gulf Coast State College, Northwest Florida State College and Pensacola State College in signing a memorandum of understanding, committing to collaborating to provide educational support to Northwest Florida’s growing high-tech industries.
The MOU outlines an agreement that FSU will work with the other colleges, as they’re eligible, on InSPIRE, FSU Health and other programs to grow and retain needed regional skilled workforce to establish Northwest Florida as a global hub for aerospace, advanced manufacturing and health care.
Representatives from each institution will meet at least three times yearly.
