The viral “center of gravity” challenge has sparked a serious debate in households and offices everywhere. It involves two people of the opposite gender kneeling on all fours, then putting their hands behind their back. Sounds easy, right?
Apparently, not so much. It seems that women are excelling while men are left faceplanting. The reason: on average, women have a center of gravity that is 8-15 percent lower than men.
