When I was 16, a friend suggested we go play golf. I scoffed at first, but was absolutely hooked in a week.
Golf became my passion as it’s a game that required an array of shots, steady nerves and strategic thinking. It’s also a game where you can play with friends in a casual climate and have a great time.
I write a weekly golf column for the Tallahassee Democrat because I want to share with local readers the greatness of the game and show them what wonderful people play this tremendous sport. To me, it’s the best game ever.
