The IOP at Florida State University (IOP@FSU) is a world-class, nonpartisan and nationally renowned institute that promotes engagement in politics by students and citizens.
Housed within the College of Social Sciences and Public Policy, it began with a virtual event series, Celebrating Civility, with speakers from all political backgrounds from around the country.
This month, IOP@FSU unveils its Politics in the Sunshine podcast with former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, who offers advice to students starting out in public service and eyeing elected office. The 30-minute interview covers various topics, including civility in the political arena, community leadership and public policy issues.
