It’s almost summer – time to go sailing

Recently, I went sailing for the first time. An activity that seemed daunting was actually very easy and enjoyable.

People have been sailing as a means of travel for thousands of years, but now it is mostly done for recreation. When sailing engine-free, you must pay attention to the way the wind is blowing and be able to steer accurately. Learning some of the terminology will also help you get the hang of it quicker.

The coast is under an hour from Tallahassee and the weather is warming up, so head over to Panacea and get in the water.
