As you can see, he is an adorable one-year-old sweetheart with a beautiful white coat and a terrific smile. He loves to play with tennis balls and is especially affectionate with his human friends. Franco is deaf but it does not slow him down one bit.
He is looking for love and waiting for his new family at Tallahassee Animal Services in Tom Brown Park at 1125 Easterwood Drive.
