A favorite tradition of Tallahassee’s Chain of Parks’ offerings is back. Saturday’s are for the “Downtown Marketplace,” a staple from March to November for over twenty years, that had to take a pause this spring.
The Marketplace is now back with new protocols. Masks are available, but not required of the patrons, though social distancing is a must in this outdoor venue at the Doubletree Hotel. The vendors of farm products, baked goods and art that brings folks to the Marketplace will be masked.
The park’s musical stage area continues to offer live performances, standing room only with social distancing.
