The Florida Medical Association (FMA) announced that its Senior VP of Public Affairs, Chris Clark, will now serve as Chief Executive Officer of the nearly 150-year-old association.
In the promotion, FMA shared that Clark’s leadership positions in state and federal agencies, the Florida Senate, local and statewide political campaigns and party committee work have not only elevated the level of service within the association, but also positioned the FMA as the premier voice of medicine.
The FMA represents more than 25,000 members on issues of legislation and regulatory affairs, medical economics and education, public health and ethical and legal issues.
