workplace policies

As business owners, we have to weigh the desire to return to normalcy while being cognizant of the rise in COVID-19 cases in our communities. Many of us must decide whether we reopen or establish a long-term work-from-home policy.

For us, working from home has been an adaptable situation that hasn’t lessened productivity. We’ve established daily Zoom meetings to ensure our collaborative approach to client service remains intact and we have time to connect as a team.

We’re taking it week by week and deciding what we’re comfortable with; most importantly, we’re making sure we approach this “new normal” together.
