When in Rome

Rome

A trip abroad led us to Rome for much-needed R&R. What became known as my pizza, pasta and prosecco tour, we didn’t miss the opportunity to see the Colosseum, St. Peter’s Basilica, Ponte Sant’Angelo and the Pantheon.

Designer Philip Treacy stated, “In Rome, I particularly love the history, churches, sculptures and architecture and the fact that you can walk along a tiny cobbled street and turn the corner to find the Trevi Fountain.”

In a city with more than 2,000 fountains, the Trevi is the most beautiful. And yes, one coin remains, to guarantee a return trip.
