Midtown Reader, Tallahassee’s newest independent bookstore, is opening in November in the heart of Midtown. The store will be a general subject bookstore that carries a variety of topics and will uniquely highlight a section dedicated to Florida authors and books about Florida.
We intend to showcase authors from our local community and surrounding universities with book events and author signings. The Midtown Reader will also have a large children’s section with storytelling hours and crafts for little ones on Saturday mornings.
Midtown Reader is looking forward to providing a place for all Tallahassee readers to read, think and share.
