I headed to Il Lusso with high expectations and it far surpassed those expectations. Tallahassee’s new Italian steakhouse, which features prime steaks and northern Italian cuisine, was by far one of the best meals I’ve had.
I went with the bone-in filet, which was cooked to perfection, but also recommend the meatball starter, side of gnudi and a small plate of the tajarin pasta. The tajarin is not only made in-house, it is also hand-cut. The ricotta and sorbets are also made in-house.
The service was impeccable and it made for an all-around lovely evening.
