The masterminds behind Madison Social have done it again. The team (dubbed For the Table) launched Centrale Italian Parlour in FSU’s College Town in October.
Open daily for lunch and dinner, Centrale welcomes foodies with wines by tap, intensely creative cuisine and modern décor. The menu features everything from salad-topped pizza and stuffed chicken Parmesan to crispy chickpea fries with pumpkin ketchup and pasta served in a bowl made of cheese.
