Chances are, if you’ve been anywhere near Gov. Rick Scott over the past couple of years, you’ve seen her. A friendly young woman with a camera in her hand, often crouching or standing on chairs to get the best shot.

Carolyn Allen graduated from FSU and spent two years as the governor’s photographer, banking more hotel points than most of us will in our lifetimes.
