Cleaver and Cork, the Tallahassee Community College Foundation’s premier culinary event, is back for 2021. Known for its celebrity chef appearances, this year’s featured guest is Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian, a globally renowned chef, restaurateur, TV host and author.
This year’s fundraiser expands to include four separate culinary experiences, including a progressive cocktail party on Feb. 28, cooking demonstration on March 4, the signature dinner on March 5 and an all-new food and wine festival on March 6.
