I’ve been known to wax poetic about an aged cheddar, defend the virtues of Gorgonzola to my co-worker and research The Best Mac ‘n Cheese in Every State (I’m prepared if I find myself in North Dakota).
So, if you’re anything like me and devote too many calories to carbs and cheese, you should be equally delighted in the opening of The Tally Mac Shack.
The food truck had its soft opening on Oct. 1 at Deep Brewing Company, and, if the mac and cheese tastes as good as the pictures look on Instagram, we’re in for a treat.
