Founded in 1983 by entrepreneur Joe Marver in California, the SOH brand was acquired by the Spencer Gifts company in 1999, and has now grown to over 1,400 locations in North America. The approach to short-term leases in established retail locations make SOH the largest specialty retailer in the sector.
Offering costumes, party supplies and a wide variety of decorations, the SOH chain has 66 locations in Florida supplying our Halloween desires.
