The update that ruined AirPods

One of the more magnificent disruptions of the century has been the wide adoption of Bluetooth products providing the wireless transmission of voice and sound. A real life-changing event was getting the AirPods from Apple.

When the AirPods came out I was first in virtual line and fell in love with my untethered existence. The AirPod Pro, even better.

That’s why I’m bitter about the IOS 14 update. As we know, the software has disrupted connectivity. Randomly, frequently, dropping AirPods. They say an update is coming. Until then, I’m back with the tethered earbuds, like it’s 2015, the Dark Ages.
