That craveable craft beer is now even closer to your fingertips as Tallahassee’s newest brewery opens in Midtown.
Ology Brewing Co. is led by Head Brewer Nick Walker and offers multiple core beer styles, including a citrusy and smooth New England IPA – one of the first in the Tallahassee area. The brewery also features a barrel program that ages beer in French red wine and bourbon barrels.
The brewery’s name is inspired by Walker’s grandfather and father who were scientists in taste and smell (olfaction) at Florida State University since the 1950s.
