Election Day is finally behind us, and while it will take some time for the dust to settle from decision 2016, the Capital City will see a shift from election politics to public policy in the coming months.
Legislators return in November and December to organize and prepare for the 2017 session. By January, committee weeks will be in full force and session will officially kick off in March. While many are still catching their breath from the election, get prepared, Tallahassee.
