Quincy’s Cultural Jewel

Plaque on the wall at the Quincy Music Theatre

The Quincy Music Theatre, located in the heart of downtown Quincy, has been featuring live theatrical performances since 1983. The historical Leaf Theatre, where the performances are held, originally opened in 1949 and was restored in the early 1980s.

The theater, along with the modern Gadsden Arts Center, make Quincy a favorite spot on the Florida Arts Trail.

This Friday, the theater will begin showing “Anything Goes,” a story about a love triangle set aboard a luxury ocean liner en route to England from New York. Click here for more information about this and upcoming shows and to purchase tickets.
