Public Input Needed in Constitution Revision

by

In spring 2017, the governor, Senate president, House speaker and Florida Supreme Court chief justice will name 36 people to the 2017-2018 Constitution Revision Commission (CRC) tasked to review and recommend changes to Florida’s constitution. The attorney general is the 37th member.

The changes proposed by this group will appear on the 2018 ballot. What issues will members consider? Anything from Florida’s primary system to legislative term limits, judicial nominations and environmental protection. The CRC, which takes place every 20 years, will be seeking ideas from the public.

Don’t miss this opportunity to participate. Learn more about the process.
